Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats

Kirkstall Neighbourhood Forum is preparing a Neighbourhood Plan which must reflect the wishes of Kirkstall people. We are therefore inviting all residents to complete a SWOT survey. SWOT stands for "Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats". It is a good way to discover what people want, and also what they hope to avoid.

Neighbourhood Plans can only deliver benefits through the Town and Country Planning System. Some people hope to win the Lottery and live in luxury until they reach 100. We can't help with this! But if you are concerned, for example, about bullying, climate change, crime, green space, housing, noise, pollution, schools, sports fields or traffic, please include them in your answers.

Please write as much or as little as you wish. We expect that most people will complete the survey on our website below, but if you prefer you can click here to download a paper copy. You can post this form back to us, or hand it in as described in the instructions.
